Mrs. Eleni Koliopoulos
Hello Room 209 Students and Families,
As you may have heard, many classrooms at Ray have gone remote due to positive COVID-19 cases. Luckily our classroom is doing well :). The students in our class really do a wonderful job keeping their masks on, and practice social distancing. I have been really impressed! I hope cases continue to go down, and we all continue to stay healthy and safe. Let me know if you have any concerns or questions. Notes and Reminders:
Weekly Overview of Assignments This week in Reading we will focus on identifying character traits. Students will study characters’ words, thoughts, and actions. In this week’s lesson, students will explore how solid rock breaks apart into smaller pieces through a process called weathering (including root-wedging and ice-wedging). In Social Studies the class will continue studying US Regions. This week we will study the difference between Absolute Vs. Relative Location.
